Announcing the 2010 Summer Music Camp
sponsored by the Evergreen Chorale!

We’re pleased to announce that it’s that time again to register your child for the Evergreen Chorale’s 2010 Summer Music Camp! We are offering early registration to all of our past campers, ensuring your child a spot in one of our two weeks of camp. Registration for the masses will begin on February 15th, so get your forms returned by then, or give Lara Coffey a call to put your child’s name on the list. Enrolling your child in both weeks of camp IS an option! Just sign up for both weeks.

We have kept tuition the same as last year. We do have a scholarship program available and more information can be found in the registration packet. We also have arranged the classes by grades this year. Students should enroll by the grade they will be in the fall.Here are the details:

Registration:

February 15-18: Early registration for 2009 students

March 1: Open Registration begins.

DATES:

Week 1 – June 7-11, 2010
Showcase on Saturday June 12 at 3:00

Week 2 – June 14-18, 2010
Showcases:
K-2 nd and 3 rd-6 th grade on Saturday June 19 at 3:00
6 th-9 th and 9 th-12 th grade on Saturday June 19 at 4:00

Tuition Costs and availability:

K-2nd Grade (M-F 9:00-12:00) – 15 per week, $135 per student

3rd - 6th Grade (M-F 9:00-3:30) – 20 per week, $230 per student

6th - 9th Grade (M-F 9:00-4:00) – 15 students, $375 per student

10th - 12th Grade (M-F 9:00-4:00) – 15 students, $375 per student

2nd Week -  Dumbo (Two Songs)

3rd - 6th Grade

1st Week - Annie (Four Songs)

2nd Week - High School Musical (Four Songs)

6th - 9th Grade

Two Week Intensive - Mama Mia! (Six Songs)

10th - 12th Grade (Including 2009 graduates)

2 Week Intensive - Chicago (Ten Songs)

Application & Forms:

Please fill out the application form, information form, and indemnity form for all students who would like to attend this year’s camp. Payment can be made via PayPal or you can mail a check/money order directly to the Chorale, attention “Summer Music Camp.”  All forms are Adobe Acrobat files so you will need Acrobat Reader to open and print these files.
