Lara Coffey (Board Secretary) - Lara has been a member of the Chorale since 2000.  She is currently serving her third year on the board as secretary.  She is a stay-at-home mom for her son, Spencer, where every day is a new adventure.  Before that, she taught kindergarten in Jeffco Public Schools for 7 years.

Hank DeJonge - Graduated Hope College, Holland, MI 1965 with degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology. Retired in 1997 after 30 plus years with Difco Laboratories. Followed up with eight years as Development Director for Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je. Chorale member since 2000. Served previously on Chorale board 2002-2005. Married to Ellen (Chorale accompanist) since 1963. Three children and eight grandchildren.

Linda Gallup (Board President) - Linda has been a member of the Evergreen Chorale since 1995.  Linda has appeared in six Chorale productions as a chorus member.  She is currently serving her second term on the Board.  Linda has worked as a systems consultant for most of her professional career and is currently a Director for Hitachi Consulting.  In addition to her involvement with the Chorale, Linda is on the board for KUNC (a local NPR radio station) and does volunteer work for the Evergreen Animal Protective League.

Margie Howe - Margie grew up with music in her home.  She and her brothers began performing together early in life and cannot imagine life without music!  She and her husband, Bob, had a ranch above Aspen years ago and they took in many children, helping them through difficult times and raised them as their own.  As a member of the Chorale off and on for over 23 years she has been part of the growth (including having outdoor bathrooms) and joy of the Evergreen Chorale over that time. She and her husband Bob operate the very successful A Bar A Guest Ranch in southern Wyoming and split their time between the ranch and Evergreen.  Margie is very active in all management, including hiring and working with the 85 staff, doing all promotion, overseeing bookkeeping, enjoying all the incredible guests.  Margie and Bob have three married children and six grandchildren who all love and are active in the recreation business.  The music lives on in their lives as well.

Carl Jurgens (Treasurer) - Member of Evergreen Chorale 1981 to 1985: rejoined February, 2002.  Member of the Board of Directors 2005 and 2006 and current treasurer.  Retired, operated independent accounting and tax practice and held various management level positions in the corporate world. Sang with the Mile Hi Church choir and Sound of the Rockies barbershop chorus prior to rejoining the chorale. Performed in four musicals including Guys and Dolls, Fiddler on the Roof, Oklahoma and Encore 30.  Sung in all of the chorale’s concerts since rejoining save one when traveling. Lives in Kittredge with wife Pat and exotic dog Zoe.    Extended family includes four children, their spouses and four grandchildren.

Frank Plaut - Frank has been a member of the Chorale since 1976.  He served as the Chorale’s attorney for 20 years, and is serving his second term on the Chorale Board.  He has appeared in 22 Chorale stage productions.  Frank is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Northwestern University, a former Fulbright Fellow, and a graduate of Harvard Law School.  He is a past president of the Colorado Bar Association, and a Senior Colorado District Court Judge.

Tim Walgren - Retired from Alcoa/Alumax, Tim is a 4 year veteran of the Evergreen Chorale and a member of the Board.  He has lived in Charleston, SC, Atlanta, Seattle, San Francisco and China during his career, participating in choral activities in Charleston and China during that period.  A management retiree, he looks forward to adding that expertise to the Choral's developing leadership.
